I've just gotta know--what sort of foot traffic does this sidewalk get? And are there any signs on posts, too?
These stencils are everywhere surrounding downtown. The balance between the towns quest for sound environmentalism and sane pedestrian law makes for an interesting dichotomy. Probably not enough foot traffic to ban wheels, but banned they are.
